Salad with seafood cocktail and tomatoes

Salad with seafood mix and tomatoes will take a worthy place on the menu for seafood lovers. The seafood mix is sautéed with onions—ensuring a delicious aroma!

Ingredients:

  • Seafood mix: 300-400 g
  • Cherry tomatoes: 210 g
  • Onion: 130 g (1 piece)
  • Salad mix: 50 g
  • Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 1-2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
  • Honey: 10 g
  • Teriyaki sauce: 15 ml
  • Salt: 1/4 tsp
  • Ground black pepper: 1/8 tsp

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Peel and slice the onion into thin half-rings. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Add the onions and sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the seafood mix. Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, teriyaki sauce, and honey. Pour a little of this dressing into the pan, mix, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a salad bowl, place the salad mix, seafood mix with onions, and tomatoes. Pour in the remaining dressing. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix the salad.
  5. Serve the salad on a plate and enjoy!
